The Annual Garden Walk is held on Friday, July 8, from 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. both days, rain or shine. Tickets are $12 in advance and $15 the days of the walk. All proceeds benefit the hospital.
The garden shed in the Urick garden, featured in the 2010 Garden Walk, incorporates a bench on the side and is topped with a cat weathervane.
The Aid’s Summer Tea was held, August 18, 2010, at the lovely home of James & Dale Kocot at 2 Treat Lane, Belfast. Above, Andrea Walker, Director of Community Services, serves a cup of tea to Dale Kocot.
The 2008 Silver Tea was held in the home of Dr. Terrance Smith, Beth-Anne Gordley-Smith and family at 208 High Street, Belfast. This historical home is a three story villa-style house built in 1859 for Charles B. Hazeltime who made his fortune in the California Gold Rush.
The 2010 annual Silver Tea will be held Wednesday, Dec. 8, from 3 p.m.-6 p.m. at the home of Dr. John & Robin Lewis, 38 Old Searsport Avenue, Belfast, a colonial-style home built in 1797. Seasonal decorations and refreshments. Donations appreciated. Christmas raffle drawing.
To be held at the Hospital Education Center on May 28 from 8 a.m. to noon. Donations may be dropped off on Friday, May 27, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
