Cardio Kickboxing


Cardio Kickboxing is an energetic and fun way to burn serious calories! It is a blend of aerobics, boxing and martial arts. With these elements combined, it creates a class that works on balance, flexibility and strength. The class will begin with a thorough warm-up to open joints and muscles. Then, we will slowly progress to a faster pace of combinations, made of different kickboxing elements. Modifications, as well as a more challenging sequence, will be offered to meet the needs of all participants. We will finish with floor strengthening exercises and a full body stretching cool-down.

Meet our Cardio Kickboxing Instructor: Caseylin

Caseylin Gillis is a Reigstered Yoga Teacher and Licensed Massage Therapist. She started martial arts and kickboxing in 1997 (is now a black belt!) and is happy to be returning to this passion and offering this class for such a great program!
