(Pa-lah-teez): Pilates is a safe, mind-body exercise system that will help you feel your very best. It teaches body awareness, graceful movement and good posture. It evolved from the principles of Joseph Pilates and can dramatically transform the way your body looks, feels and performs. Pilates builds strength without excess bulk, and is capable of creating a sleek, toned body. Pilates also improves flexibility, agility and economy of motion. It can even help alleviate back pain. In this class we will be focusing on the beginner principals to create a strong foundation to support all that you do. All levels are welcome.
