Yoga is a practice that connects the mind, body, and spirit. This class is great for beginners. The focus is on self care and an exploration of limitations. Teaching for five years now, Garrett was trained at Kripalu Institute, which emphasizes movement with the breath, and being aware moment to moment in one’s body. The class encourages gentle home practice, which can have a powerful influence on creating a healthier body, a clearer mind, and a more open spirit.
