Healthy Eating

WCGH is committed to helping our community members consume at least 5 fruits and vegetables per day, limit or eliminate sugary drinks from their diets and consume a healthy variety of food.

To support these healthy behaviors, we offer healthy eating tips and recipes in our J2H e-newsletter and on J2H TV. We also provide community cooking classes, have eliminated sugary drinks from our vending machines and café, and offer healthy meal options to our patients and visitors.
